Rafael Advanced Defense Systems

Rafael Advanced Defense Systems is an Israeli defense technology company headquartered in Haifa. Established in 1948, it develops, manufactures and supports systems for air and missile defense, land and naval operations, aerospace, intelligence and cyber security. Its named products include the Iron Dome air defense family and the Trophy active protection system for combat vehicles. The company is owned by the State of Israel and supplies defense customers in Israel and internationally. Its 2025 annual report records 10,359 employees at the parent company as of December 31,2025, separately from subsidiaries.
