Phase Four

Founded in 2015, Phase Four developed and manufactured satellite propulsion systems, including Maxwell radio-frequency thrusters and the Valkyrie Hall-effect propulsion system. It sold its Hall-effect technology to Apex and its multi-mode propulsion assets and Los Angeles integration and test facility to Quantum Space in September 2025. Its independent operating and legal status after those asset sales is unverified.
