DroneShield makes counter-drone systems, detecting, classifying and geolocating unmanned aircraft rather than flying them. Its range spans the wearable passive RfPatrol Mk2 and the RfRecon sensor, the fixed-site DroneSentry family, DroneOptID optical identification software and the DroneGun Mk4 defeat device, built on radio-frequency sensing, sensor fusion, artificial intelligence and electronic warfare techniques. It sells to military, government, law enforcement and critical infrastructure operators, is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange as DRO, and is headquartered in both Sydney and Warrenton, Virginia, with a presence in the Netherlands. Founded in 2014.
